The house cost $200 per night. You are required to make a Refundable Deposit of $200 as security fee to hold the house for you. The fee will be given back to you on the day you will be checking out of the house. The security fee is for possible damages. This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or MoneyGram with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters. This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money. You will not hear from them again.


UPDATE INFO:

The booking terms and agreement form has been email to you. Proceed to locate to any nearest Moneygram location or visit their website on www.moneygram.com to look for the nearest location to you. The money should be sent using the money in minute mode so that the owner can be able to pick it up at any nearest moneygram location. Here is the owner's information to send the deposit to.
